The group has successfully completed SURYA PARK I, SURYA PARK II, SURYA SAPPHIRE, SURYA WAVE, PRIMAL ECOSPACE, PRITECH PARK SEZ, ANNEXE TOWER, RGA CORPORATE HOUSE.

SURYA PARK I

Overview

This is the Group’s first building at Electronic City, which has been built-to-suit campus facility on 2.16 acres land. The project has a total built up area of 1,04,801 Sqft . The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka Sri S.M Krishna inaugurated the project on 13th February 2002. At present, Genpact is among the prime occupants here.

SURYA PARK II

Overview

The foundation stone for the Group’s second project “SURYA PARK -II” in electronic city was laid on 13th February, 2002. Built on 2.7 Acres of land, with a built up area of 2,14,966 Sqft, this project was completed in 2003/04. The occupants here are M/s.Hewlett Packard Global Soft Pvt. Ltd. and Group Companies.

SURYA SAPPHIRE

OVERVIEW

The Group’s third project, “Surya Sapphire” in Electronic City has the largest floor plate area in Bangalore of its time. It has been built on 4 acres land with built-up area of 2,90,000 Sqft and the project was completed in 2005/06. The occupants here include M/s. HCL Technologies.

Surya Wave

OVERVIEW

The Group’s fourth project “Surya Wave” located in Electronic City, Bangalore was completed in 2005/06. This project stands on 2.86 Acres land with built-up area of 1,90,384 Sqft. M/s. Hewlett Packard Global Soft Pvt. Ltd.

Pritech Park Annex

OVERVIEW

This Project is a standalone development in Eco Space Business park, featuring a G+ 8 floor building with approximately 2,25,000 Sq ft of space.
